Mary Price is an Advanced Practice Nurse in Psychiatry.  She has been asked by the patient's Doctor to assess his condition and make recommendations regarding what should be done before the patient is discharged.  She is working on a team with members from Pharmacy,  Social Work,  Diabetes Education,  Substance Abuse.
